If you can't find your tickets, you can retrieve them here. Simply enter the date of your visit or event and the full email address you provided at the time of purchase.We will send an email to verify that you are the purchaser. You will need to enter the code included in that email into the corresponding field on the form. Once we confirm your request, we will resend the tickets to the email address you used for your purchase.If they don't arrive immediately, don’t worry—this process may take between 5 and 10 minutes.
